.SYNOPSIS...Weak high pressure over the central Atlantic extends
a ridge southwestward to the NW Bahamas along 24N-25N. The ridge
will sink slightly southward through Mon, and support gentle to 
moderate east to southeast winds over the area waters. Slight to
moderate seas will change little through the period. Atlantic
high pressure will build westward to the Bahamas starting Tue
to produce moderate to locally fresh local trade winds. A mid to 
upper-level trough may bring increasing tropical moisture to 
the region around mid-week.
